Beware, does not work as a "dumb" plug point when Zigbee controller is down.

Good smart switches and power outlets work as "dumb" devices when the zigbee controller or wifi is down. These do not - they switch off sporadically when one turns them on manually (and there is no controller). Therefore you cannot use it on any critical device such as a fridge or servers/computers. Works well when the controller is working. I purchased 30 of them and could only use half as many of my powerpoints had critical devices/appliances connected.
The wholeseller first denied that there was an issue until I sent them a video. Many months later they said they had identified an issue and the technicians were looking at it. I suspect that they wouldn't have the skills to address the issue anyway.
I would advise choosing a power outlet that works like a "dumb" outlet when the controller is down or there is no controller. i.e. the switch turns the outlet on and off. Or else when you sell your house the purchaser will not be able to use the outlets without a controller.
