Good response regards faulty product

Purchased online an Uplight Floor Lamp. Arrived reasonably promptly still in overseas manufactures tripled box packaging. On opening, saw that electrical wiring was partially severed. Would have happened at factory, not Best Buy Lighting. Sent photo and email. Received an apology and another lamp was dispatched. It was fine and works well. Can't ask for more than that. That is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
